I resolved this myself by cancelling their service and getting another merchant service company. Best move I ever did.

Correction for below, TransArmor did NOT recognize any info I put on their page.

So I have to re-certify my PCI compliance, First Data now uses TransArmor to do that. First Data page link re-routes me to TransArmor page to get started there.

Any information that I put in about my company is recognized by them, so I'm stuck there. I call First Data and they said your info is correct, try them again. No dice, I call TransArmor, they say they can't do anything, I called First Data they said they can't do anything. Why the heck am I giving them $175.00 a year for PCI compliance if I can't re-certify, I can't even get TransArmor to acknowledge we exist?!

They won't add us to their program data, First Data refuses to do anything including sending our info to TransArmor. I can't believe that I have been with the same merchant people for 21 years (even though they've changed hands over the years) and nobody is lifting a finger to clear this up. And to my further astonishment, when I said to First Data I'll have no choice but to change merchant services, they were all about cancelling me right then no problem.

And from what I've read here, they are going to charge me to cancel! Just like many things in this country, we pay more for less service, you're just a cash cow for them and nothing else.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I want reps from both companies to do their job and clean up this mess with my "non-existant company"..

I am having the same issue - Can't log in, can't get an email with password when requested 5 times. Call the 800 number, they ask questions to verify who I am....they've never heard of me.

They tell me they can't help me.

This is my third and FINAL compliance.

This happened last year as well. My three year contract will end and we will be shopping for a new (friendlier) supplier for credit card services.

After I dumped First Data, a rep came in from Central Payment and they made it so easy, including the PCI compliance process. Everything about Central Payment was a breath of fresh air compared to the *** hole that First Data was.

The contrast was huge.

I couldn't believe that I was paying First data for that aggravation. Talk to Central Payment, they'll take care of you.
